Unlock the funds in your unpaid sales invoices.

Unlock the funds in your unpaid sales invoices.

A growing business can get caught in a cash flow gap.

Invoices going unpaid for 30 or 60 days can impact on the speed you can grow.

Invoice finance releases the cash in unpaid invoices allowing you to cover wages, stock purchases or other costs in your business.

Invoice Discounting  is often undisclosed, so your customer has no idea you’re funding against their invoice, you maintain in house credit control and use an online ledger to post invoices, draw down funds to your bank account or repay them when an invoice is cleared.

For most businesses 80% – 90% of the invoice can be drawn down.

For a smaller business, without a dedicated credit control department a factoring facility transfers the debt to the lender, leaving it for them to chase collection.

As with discounting an online portal from the lender will allow you to upload invoices, monitor your account and arrange drawdown of funds into your account.

For businesses funding a large order or contract, a single or small group of invoices can be funded.

The essential test for a factorable business is a “clean sale”.

So – when you produce your invoice is that the end of your involvement with that particular sale?

If the invoice is for an ongoing support package or maintenance, then that does not constitute a clean sale and can’t be funded.
