These terms apply to your use of acorn.finance, acorn.mortgage and any related tools, calculators, guides and enquiry forms operated by Paul Thompson, trading as Acorn.finance and Acorn.mortgage (together, “Acorn”, “we”, “us”). By accessing this website you accept these terms in full; if you do not agree, please discontinue use.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, calculator logic, guides, downloadable workbooks and page layouts — is the intellectual property of Acorn or its licensors and is protected under UK copyright, trademark and database law. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or use of any content in a competing brokerage or lead-generation service is prohibited without our prior written consent.
The Acorn emblem, “Acorn.finance” and “Acorn.mortgage” word marks, and associated Get Funded branding are unregistered trademarks of Paul Thompson. Third-party lender names, product names and brand marks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.
We reserve the right to update, suspend or withdraw any page, calculator, guide or download at any time without notice. Continued use of the website after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Important regulatory notice
Acorn.finance & Acorn.mortgage are trading styles of Paul Thompson. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA #660207). Commercial mortgages, unregulated bridging, and business loans are not all regulated by the FCA. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
