No. Acorn.finance is a broker, not a lender. We don’t lend our own money. We look across a panel of 575+ lenders to find finance that fits your property or business, and we arrange it on your behalf. Paul Thompson, trading as Acorn.finance, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 660207). Not all of the finance we arrange is regulated by the FCA.

You tell us about your plans and we look across the market for suitable options. Once you choose, we manage the application with the lender through to completion. We follow our six-stage FUNDED process from first enquiry to drawdown. Commercial mortgages, unregulated bridging and business loans are not all regulated by the FCA.
